I understand that if I am accepted I must attend the Annual World Conference to be officially Designated and once my election/designation period is complete, I must attend the next Annual World Conference to be formally consecrated and will be solely responsible to purchase my Bishop Attire as required (the equipment/attire list will be provided prior to application submission) for the Consecration Ceremony.(Required)

20. An Application Fee of $3500 must accompany the application and the Bishop will be required to renew his status each year with a $350 renewal fee.

4. If renewal fees are not paid on a timely basis a late fee will be applied.
